The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only those items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements indicate that you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.
Prior to drafting any contract for goods or services, the responsible party or the decedent’s survivor who is handling the funeral arrangements is entitled to receive a copy of any pre-need agreement in the possession of the funeral establishment that has been signed and paid for, in full or in part, by or on behalf of the decedent.
Basic Services of the Funeral Director and Staff
Our services include conducting the arrangement conference, planning the funeral,
consulting with family and clergy, shelter of remains, preparing and filing of necessary notices; obtaining necessary authorizations and permits, statistical processing, coordinating with the cemetery, crematory, or other third parties. In addition, this fee includes a proportionate share of our basic overhead.

Professional Embalming
Embalming is not required by law; However, in certain special cases, embalming may be necessary if you select funeral arrangements with viewing. Should you choose not to accept embalming, you have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require it; therefore, you do not pay for it. Such examples would be direct cremation or immediate burial.

This charge does not include use of facilities and staff for visitation or ceremonies.

Business and Professional Code Section 7745 requires a funeral establishment to present to the survivor of the deceased or the responsible party a copy of any pre-need agreement in its possession which has been signed and paid for in full or in part by, or on behalf of the deceased.
Business and Professional Code Section 7685.6 requires a copy of any pre-need agreement to be disclosed prior to drafting any contract for funeral goods or services. The funeral establishment may present the copy in person, by certified mail, by fax transmission, or by email as agreed upon by the person with the right to control disposition. A funeral establishment that knowingly fails to present a pre-need agreement as required is liable of a civil fine equal to three times the cost of the pre-need arrangement or one thousand ($1,000.00) dollars.
